About Sarah
 

Sarah Tulga is currently studying physical sciences at UC Berkeley.  She also enjoys composing and playing music, sings with the Cal Jazz Choir, and actively participates in the Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) program.  Sarah began her interest in the physics of music during her sixth grade year, while in Science Olympiad.  She particularly enjoyed the Science Olympiad event, Sounds of Music, in which she won four gold medals at the regional and state levels, and medaled at the national competition.  Her goal is to pursue a broad-based field of study, and to further the development of science education and outreach.
